The O.T.C Custom Build – Kawasaki KZ 550

Overtwo Customs was given this 1982 Kawasaki KZ 550 back in late May, 2009.

The bike had been sitting outside a local mechanics shop for about 2 years. Rusted and abandoned OTC took the bike in and gave it another chance to hit the streets.

The 550 was stripped down to the frame and rebuilt to assess any mechanical issues then stripped down once again to begin the custom build.

Demons Cycle out of Pompano Beach, FL provided us with the custom gas tank for the build however the stock frame rail would not support the custom tank. The frame was then chopped and welded to support the addition of the chopper style tank addition. In addition to the center rail modification, the rear of the bike was also chopped and fitted with a Vulcan 750 cut rear fender.

All original tank support was removed from the upper frame rail and side case cover mounts were removed as well.

The frame and fork tubes were painted pearl white to accent the black motor and tins.

The wheels and miscellaneous mounting hardware is powdercoated chrome.

The bike was outfitted with a custom tail light, new tires, drag bars, custom spring supported seat from a GSXR 1000 and chrome tipped slash cut dual exhaust.

Yamaha VStar Classic

This Yamaha Vstar arrived in great shape, bone stock,black and blue. OTC has outfitted this classic with a classic look of suede blue and pearl white with custom airbrush art, white braided brake lines, and custom seats.

Joel’s SV650s

Joels 650 came in in need of some TLC. The tank was severely dented, rashed plastics, and a few other cosmetics.

OTC went with a bright yellow and black with silver pinstripe to accent the clean lines  of the bike.

Side fairings were also added to the bike.

2004 Honda Interceptor

Jonathon’s Interceptor arrived at the shop with a matte finish, a few scuffs, and a whole lot of potential.

1982 Yamaha XJ1100

This 1982 XJ1100 came in looking beat up and worn out. 3 weeks after its arrival the XJ is leaving a new bike.

HoHey Designs 2001 F4i

Hohey Designs has changed the game when it comes to stunt riding. His innovative brake setups , indestructable rear sets and top of the line triple tree has brough new tricks to old riders and helped many would be stunters get their  feet off the ground.

OTC had the opportunity to add some bling to his 2001 honda CBR F4i.

Auburn University 2004 ZX6R

Luke’s 2004 ZX6R showed up at OTC a plain silver stock ZX6R with a vision of Auburn in its future.

The bike was outfitted with a candy orange paint and full airbrush work in the Auburn University Tigers team colors, ripped from front to back!

Patrick Blow 2005 GSXR 600

Patricks 05 GSXR came into OverTWO Customs in a box, literally.  This GSXR receieved full paint from the frame up. Complete disassembly and reassembly.

Total build time , 14 days.

Complete body kit with custom candy red paint , full airbrush graphics.

Gloss black frame, swingarm, subframe, wheels.
